This lovely spacious two-bedroom apartment has a living room incorporating an extendable dining table with open fire, corner suite, flat screen smart television and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and ceramic hob and ample cupboard storage. There is 1 bathroom with walk in shower, wash basin and toilet.
Available on the ground floor is a communal utility room with washing machine, dryer and another toilet. Storage for bikes, skies etc. is also available in the ground floor entrance.
This Marignac apartment is a peaceful retreat in the heart of the beautiful Haute-Garonne countryside with easy access to scenic walks, ski resorts, golf courses, historic towns and only 10 minutes drive from the Spanish border.
It is just 14.4 km from Luchon Golf Course, 30 km from Lake of Oô, and 35 km from Luchon Superbagnères ski resort.
Ideal for lovers of fishing, hunting, hiking, skiing, cycling, tree climbing, rafting, climbing, canyoning, mountain biking.
