In the heart of La Tranche-sur-Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacation in a dream setting. With direct access to the beach, a relaxing outdoor pool open and heated from May 1st to the third week of September, with a paddling pool, jacuzzi, and secure private parking, this property also features a paid laundry room (washing machine/dryer).
A new 56 m² apartment on the 2nd and top floor, with breathtaking ocean views, sleeps 6.
It features a 23 m² living room with a lounge area: a sofa bed for 2 people, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave). A first bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a walk-in closet, and a second bedroom with two 80x190 single beds that can be pushed together, and a walk-in closet. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet, and storage room. Bright apartment with a large bay window opening onto a spacious 13m² balcony with patio furniture.
LUXURY Amenities: dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and reversible air conditioning.
Shops and restaurants are 50m away, and the beach is in front of the residence.
A free private parking space is available for one vehicle per apartment. Please note: no visitor spaces are available. Low-speed Wi-Fi access is also available.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) is available upon reservation and subject to availability.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be performed by the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
