L'appartement est à 5 min à pied du centre de Saint Julien en Genevois où vous pouvez vous attabler dans l'un des restaurant ou bar du centre ville. Un centre commercial se trouve à coté de la residence. Ce qui vous permettra de faire vos courses sans voiture. La residence est dotée d'un parking privatif sans possibilité de réserver mais une zone bleue gratuite se trouve sur la route adjacente.
