Very nice apartment of 80 m2 with a terrace of about 30 m2 which can be used in winter and summer. In this apartment: there are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 200x160 cm. A 28 m2 living and dining room with a connected flat TV, wifi, a 3-seater sofa convertible into a 200x160 bed, a 3-seater relaxation sofa and a sofa bed. Separate toilet and bathroom. A 12 m2 kitchen fully equipped and furnished (fridge-extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob) The apartment is furnished with high-end products. Reversible air conditioning in all the rooms. Closed and renovated garage for parking of 30m2. This apartment is located on the 1 st floor in a very nice building with 3 apartments, quiet. It is located in an excellent district of NARBONNE and 50 m from Les Halles de NARBONNE, at the following address: 5 rue lamennais, 11100 NARBONNE. HALLES-EDF district in NARBONNE. Excellent neighborhood in downtown NARBONNE.
