Park in the two designated parking spaces and drop off your suitcases at this pretty semi-detached (on one side) triplex house with an enclosed garden. On the ground floor, once through the front door, your eyes are naturally drawn outside: magnificent views of the rooftops of Socoa, the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, and the cliffs of Sainte-Barbe. A large living room, opening onto the terrace, is divided into a dining area and a relaxation area. On this same level, you'll find a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a sink right under the window so you can enjoy the view at any time! Above, a cozy mezzanine with a sleeping area (140x200 sofa bed) and an office. Finally, on the garden level, there are two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The first (two single beds, 90x200) has access to the garden via a terrace. The second (two 90x200 cm beds). They share a bathroom. The whole apartment is warm, friendly, and easy to live in.
