Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 14 m², a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 10 m² and a terrace. We are waiting for you! The housing exposed South-West is composed as follows: - A living room of 14 m² with TV, two sofa beds (single) and dining area. - A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with shower and toilet. Exterior: - An open garden of 10 m² and a terrace of 7 m² partitioned by a claustra with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
