Company information

This villa is a family project that unites us and has animated us for a few years. In 2022, the villa became operationnal and we started renting so that many can enjoy this exceptional place. We have furnished, decorated and designed the house for many, having always evolved in large, loving and joyful families, we sincerely hope that you will enjoy it.

Property information

Beautiful villa entirely renovated on the heights of Bonifacio with a magnificent view on Sardinia, nestled in a private park of 1,3 hectare. Decorated with care by an interior designer, the villa is new, functional and perfectly adapted to large families, groups of friends: very large living room, terraces, central island kitchen, garden, swings ... everything is provided for your stay. The rooms are independent (all with an outside access), most with a private shower room. A huge terrace surrounds the house and facilitates access to the garden. The swimming pool of 14x7 m - with paddling pool, aperitif corner and jet stream - will delight the large ones and the small ones. At only 3km from Santa Manza and the port of Bonifacio, the beaches are within 10' in any season.

Neighbourhood information

Cavallo Morto is the former granary of Bonifacio. Formerly farmland in the south of Corsica, the property has kept about 60 olive trees from that time. The area is very quiet, the sun is bright and the trees are very refreshing. The closest bakery is 1.5 km away; Bonifacio harbour is 2 km away.
