Completely renovated 185 m². 2 parking spaces included at the bottom of the house. The port, shops, restaurants and markets are a 3 minute walk away! Sublime and numerous bay windows where the crossing and predominant light illuminates each room and decorative element. Refined, vintage and industrial atmosphere, it is the very symbol of the retro / modern encounter. Jacuzzi on the roof terrace! On 3 floors, this incredible open space is ideal for gathering and enjoying a stay with family or friends. 3 terraces, 3 pretty bedrooms bathed in light each with a TV and 1 splendid mezzanine with double bed, shower room and access to the roof terrace and its jacuzzi! 3 bathrooms in all including a bathtub. Very nice fully open and equipped kitchen (capsule and traditional coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher). A large dressing room and even more comfort with the laundry room including washing machine and dryer. Internet included. Luxury decoration, works of art, designer furniture and hi-tech carefully chosen and arranged with heart and taste. Seduced by this accommodation?
