In this character building dating back to 1894, our cozy apartment is the ideal accommodation for a lovely stay in the heart of the beautiful Côte des Blancs in Champagne for a couple or family! It has a large living room including a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a sitting area and a dining area; a bathroom with a large walk-in shower; and 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds and high-quality mattresses. The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning and a heating pump with gentle heat radiators. Cleaning fee is included in the price. Located at the heart of the Côte des Blancs vineyard, the charming village of Avize is classified "Grand Cru" for the quality of its soil and is home to many winegrowers and champagne houses which you can visit near the accommodation. You can rent electrically-assisted bikes from us. We are truly passionate about the Champagne region and its eponymous drink. We offer to make you discover the vineyards in unique ways.
