The 32 m² "Au Refuge d'Hirka" apartment (plus 5 m² balcony) offers full comfort, has been completely renovated, and is fully equipped in a 3-star tourist residence. Located right at the foot of the slopes in Val Cenis Termignon, you can ski in and out directly, with step-free access. Shops and village center services are just steps away: tourist office, ski school, restaurants, bars, ski rental, bakery, cheese shops, and mini-market. The nearest supermarket is only 2 minutes away by car and also accessible on foot. The apartment features a living room with sofa and large-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, hob, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue sets, electric grill, oil-free fryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron). The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which includes a shower and sink. There are 6 beds: one bedroom with a double bed, a mountain alcove with bunk beds (separated from the living room by a door), and a sofa bed in the lounge. A baby bed, high chair booster, and board games are available. You also have a private ski locker on the same floor as the apartment. The building has an elevator. Enjoy your own outdoor space on the balcony. Free parking is next to the property. Public transport is within walking distance. Towels and bed linen are not provided. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
