Cozy sunny apartment of 34m2, including 1 bedroom, 100m from the beach. Holidays on foot, port, markets, shops, beaches, restaurants, 200m from Saint-Raphaël Valescure station. It consists of a main room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven ...), comfortable sofa, cozy and warm decor, bathroom with Italian shower, washing machine, separate toilet, bedroom 11m2 bed 140x190cm dressing room, window facing south, city view. I have prepared a binder for you with the best addresses known to locals, things to experience, to do, original ideas ... a real treasure! I entrust you with my brand new apartment, a little gem, with a crazy location, sea, port, restaurants, beaches. To park, no problem, I will show you free places. If you arrive by train, then this is the best. Train, boat, bus are at your immediate disposal to bring you from Saint-Tropez to Monaco, in the Haut Var, or to Italy, easily doable during the day

Covered parking is 100m away, price 14 euros per day. Everything is close. You can reach Cannes by train in 30 minutes, Nice in 60 minutes, Monaco, Italy (Ventimiglia, San Remo). By boat, you reach Sainte Maxime, Saint-Tropez ...
