Located in a residential area and near the center of Strasbourg, this magnificent studio has been fully renovated. With a living area of 35 m2, it combines the authenticity of Alsatien architecture and modernity. He understands : - a bed for 2 people - a convertible sofa (+2 people) - a fully-equipped kitchen - a fully renovated bathroom Bus stop at the end of the street, tram stop B 10 min. Schiltigheim is a lively town, located 10 minutes by bike from the center of Strasbourg and 15 minutes near the European institutions. Schilitigheim is the "City of Brewers", a true capital of the brewing activity. The Espérance, Pêcheur, Schutzenberger and Perle breweries left Strasbourg and settled in Schiltigheim from the end of the 18th century in search of space and in particular room for better quality fermentation.
