Cottage with a large 40m² terrace (BBQ) in a village in the foothills, you will enjoy a setting of meadows and forests, ideal for walking, hiking, and mountain biking. Just a stone's throw from the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park and 3 km from the large wild Laprade Lake.
The cottage features a very large living room with a wood stove and an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140 cm) and the second with two single beds (90 cm). A bathroom with a toilet and an additional separate toilet. Parking at the cottage. Bar, grocery store, and restaurant in the village. The cleaning at the end of the stay, as well as the bed linens, a bath mat in the bathroom, and clean towels in the kitchen, are included in the price. Please note that bath towels are not provided. Electric heating is charged separately at 0.27 euros/kWh (2 kWh/day/person are included). A security deposit of 300 euros is required.
