Come and relax in this high-end loft located in front of the vineyards of Crozes-Hermitage ! It is ideally located in a calm environment, at less than 5 minutes of the A7 highway and of all shops and restaurants. The spacious loft (75 m²) offers a veranda with an exceptional view on the vineyards. It is independant with its own entrance and can host up to 4 persons. The loft is 55 m², which you can the 20 m² veranda facing the vineyards of Crozes-Hermitage. It is located at the ground floor of a modern house and is composed of 3 spaces : - a kitchen / dining space - a living space with a very comfortable 140x190 sofa bed - a sleeping space with a 160x200 bed You will also find a bathroom and a separate WC. The loft is independant of the rest of the house so your stay will be perfectly quiet. A keybox offers self check-ins at any time you want. The unit doesn't have any AC, but it is semi-buried so it stays cool in summer. We live on site. We'll be glad to host you and discuss with you. Alternatively, we'll respect your privacy if you wish so.
We love hosting people at home and we will be glad to give you the best addresses and activities of this wonderful area. Of course, we love wine and good food and we will be happy to head you towards the great vineyards and restaurants around here.
About the neighborhood : The loft is located in a small residential area extremely quiet and safe. The most frequents noises are those of roasters, horses and agricultural machines You will be able to buy your bread in the local bakery at 5 min by food. Otherwise, all shops can be found at 5 min by car. Please note that Crozes-Hermitage is a really small village and that you will better enjoy the place with your car. About the Hermitage area : What should we say... Crozes-Hermitage is obviously famous for its wine ! But Hermitage area is also really famous for its gastronomy : we have plenty of excellent restaurants and you'll also be able to visit the Valrhona chocolat museum (5 min from here). Finally, the region is quite touristic and we have plenty of activities to be done with youngs (or not !) : Facteur Cheval palace, Peaugres zoo, Ardèche old train, hiking directly leaving from the cottage, etc...
