Luxury 4-star villa, bright, sleeps up to 20 people 360 m² over 3 floors, on 1,700 m² of land Heated pool from March to October (meter reading), indoor spa, 8-person steam room, sauna, air conditioning in all rooms. 8 bedrooms - 6 bathrooms, including 3 showers with steam rooms, 2 bathrooms, 7 toilets, 2 outdoor showers. The second living room in the separate apartment (3 single beds) becomes bedroom 8. 1 bedroom 9, known as the annex, with a queen-size bed and its own entrance and adjoining shower room. 100 m² terrace, partly covered for comfort in case of rain and for dining. Summer kitchen, 2 barbecues. With its annex kitchens, 3 ovens, 5 refrigerators, 3 freezers, 5 washing machines, 4 dryers. Outdoor areas: The pergola near the pool protects young children from the sun and the fixed benches restrict access to the pool. Ping pong area with 2 tables, mini-golf area, boules court, etc. (25 x 5m) Intimate, very quiet setting, south-west facing, villa connected to a monitoring center with fire detectors and alarm. Fire extinguishers on each floor and 2 outside. 11 parking spaces, including 5 indoors.
