Located south of Le Mans 10 minutes from the famous 24-hour Circuit of Le Mans and 30 minutes from the center by bus. This spacious apartment of 27 m2 designer in a wooded industrial style is perfect for staying from a few days to several weeks.
It is easy to find places to park in the street, but in case of difficulty, there is a free public parking 200m from the building (Beware of market days any time, Wednesday and Saturday). Pharmacy, bakery, butcher, pizzeria... Everything you may need is within 50m of the building. A supermarket is also accessible at 200m. It also has parking that you can use to park.
