This apartment features a spacious living room with 3-meter high ceilings, a magnificent sea view overlooking the remnants of the famous Mulberry artificial harbor, a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower and toilet, and a private and secure parking space for your vehicle. You have a double sofa bed of 160 cm EMMA: a real bed with a thick and high-quality mattress that you can also separate into two single beds. You have a third sleeping option if needed. The town of Arromanches is 5 minutes away, Bayeux is 15 minutes away, and Omaha Beach is just a 30-minute drive (Port en bessin 12km, Caen 25km, Cabourg 37km, Deauville 50km). A superb base to explore the Normandy region! Finally, you also have the opportunity to go paddle boarding and land sailing on our beach. The accommodation includes all comfort appliances: 32 inches TV, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, stove...

In the heart of the D-Day landing beaches (Gold Beach), this spacious and very bright 30m2 studio is located waterfront just a few meters from the beach! You will stay in a beautiful mansion dating back to 1894 with 3-meter high ceilings, a garden, and private and direct access to the beach.
