In the commune of Cambes, we offer you this charming country-style house dating from 1837 with swimming pool, with a surface area of 142 m² and able to accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features an attractive 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 6,900 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with TV, fireplace (first flambée offered) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Dining area - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, iron. Exterior: - A private, unheated swimming pool (12 m x 5 m), open from June to the end of September, with a security system (pool alarm). - Unenclosed grounds of 6,900 m². - 35 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the warm weather - The house is located near a small departmental road, which can cause some noise.
