Just a 20-minute walk to the famous Croisette and beaches of Cannes, the villa is surrounded by local shops, a butcher, bakeries, and all essential amenities within walking distance. Bus access to the Croisette is also easy and quick—only about 10 minutes. This charming bourgeois villa, beautifully renovated, offers approximately 370 m² of interior space set on a 900 m² landscaped plot with a swimming pool. A true haven of tranquility in a lush, private setting.
