Our house is completely renovated and has lovely bathrooms and gorgeous bedrooms with fantastic beds. It has beautiful views from many terrasses and offers different choice of space for breakfast, lunch and the before dinner drink! Lovely heated pool (via airpump, needs 12 degrees celcius air temp). The style is modern but we have added a touch of cosiness with beautiful linens, table cloths, candlesticks and art pieces. The property is gated. There is an elevator to both floors. Handy for heavy shoppings.
Hello I’m Helle, I’m Danish, living in Czech Rep., and with my husband, owner of Villa Lion in Le Cannet. We and not least our wonderful housekeeper Ruby, will make our utmost to give you a wonderful stay on the Côte d’Azur. The airy villa is completely renovated and in walking distance to Le Cannet village and it’s quaint bistros and ‘boulangeries’ (for the morning baguettes and croissants). It’s also an easy drive for the beaches in Cannes. Our lovely housekeeper Ruby will be available to take calls or do visits during your stay. She, or one of her employees, can be on site daily or per agreement for housekeeping or cooking etc. These services will be charged separately and directly by Ruby.
Our neighborhood with the old village and town of Le Cannet is lovely. Yet Cannes is just down the hill so absolutely close to everything. The house has wonderful views. Villa Lion is in walking distance to Le Cannet village and its lovely quaint bistros for dinners and 'boulangeries' for the morning baguettes and croissants. It is recommended to enjoy a before dinner drink on the beautiful village square overlooking Cannes. There is also a busstop a couple of hundred metres from the house. It is easy to walk down to Cannes, as it is just 3.5 kilometres to the sea and depending on your pace it will take 30-40min. An Uber is just 14 Euros to go to the Croissette or Rue d'Antibes. Below the house you will find a trail for great walks, bike rides or walking the dog.5 minutes by car from the house you will finde Parc Departemental de la Valmasque for many trails and wild nature. The house is also only a short distance from the popular villages of Mougins, Valbonnes and Antibes!
