We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Erquy, this charming house to less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of about 350 m². We are waiting for you ! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of 50 m² with TV, sofas and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Separate toilet. - A laundry room. On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 2 : a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 3: a single bed. - A shower room with shower and WC. For more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A beautiful garden of 350 m² as well as a terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant and calm environment, near the sailors' chapel (monument classified in the inventory of the cultural heritage of Brittany).
