Casa Duna is a stylish, contemporary property located in a residential area just a five-minute walk from Hossegor’s popular lagoon. This elegant home is ideal for couples or families, with a flexible layout featuring two en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor and a third suite with its own terrace accessible via an external staircase. The open-plan living area has floor-to-ceiling windows that connect seamlessly to the pool terrace and garden. Outside, guests can enjoy a shaded pergola for relaxing meals, as well as a barbecue area for al fresco dining. Casa Duna is ideally located near Hossegor’s lagoon, known for its relaxed bars and oyster shacks. Guests can walk to town (20-25 minutes) to explore boutiques and restaurants or take a quick bike ride (2.5km) to the beach for surfing. Nearby attractions include golf in Seignosse, Capbreton’s fish market and marina, and the authentic French seaside vibe. For day trips, Bayonne offers fine chocolate and cured hams, while Biarritz brings Belle Époque charm and upscale dining. Layout On the ground floor, Casa Duna features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area complete with a flat-screen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, coffee-maker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Two sets of sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. This level also offers two double bedrooms, each with a 180cm queen-size bed that can be converted into twin beds upon request. The annexe, accessible via an external staircase, contains an air-conditioned double bedroom with a 160cm bed, an en-suite shower room, and a private decked terrace. This area is reached through a roof terrace with exposed drops on all sides, making it unsuitable for children of any age.
