Property information

Apartment in the center of Calvi, with a view of the Revellata, 100m from the beach. The apartment is located in a house, combining modernity and authenticity, newly renovated, in the heart of the city of Calvi. Facing the Revallata and only 5 minutes walk from pedestrian and commercial streets (where restaurants and sea excursions await you), which connect through the marina. The Roncu beach is accessible, on foot, directly from the apartment 100 meters below. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a bicycle and motorcycle rental, as well as essential shops such as a bakery, bank ATM, tobacco press and souvenirs, bars, etc. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house, with an area of 45m2. - A main room with a living area with TV and sofa bed. - An open-plan kitchen fully equipped: induction hobs, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine... - A bedroom with a 160x200cm bed. - A bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking in front of the apartment. High-speed internet (fibre optic). Sheets and towels provided. Deposit: 500 euros to be paid on the day of your arrival and returned at the end of your stay.
