The apartment is a T3 type (65 m²) on the ground floor of the owner's house, located 4.5km from the sea and 150m from small shops.
30m2 terrace with garden furniture.
Large living room/lounge with sofa, TV, kitchen area, fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
Two bedrooms, one with a 160x200 cm bed and another with 2 beds of 90x190 cm
Private bathroom, independent toilet.
Sheets and towels provided.
