The breakfast served from 8H to 10H30 is taken either on the terrace facing the wild forest or in the dining room of your host. Upon request and after late arrival or other meal tray (cold cuts, cheese, salad, fruit and drinks) can be prepared and served in terra or room. On request a packed lunch can be prepared for your hikes. Your host will be happy to inform you about all the activities to do in the area, the best places and places to visit.

In the heart of nature, our guest house, elected as the most beautiful of Corsica by Gîtes de France, is located in Castagniccia, in the hamlet of U Castellu below the village of Carchetu. The traditional rooms for rent dominate the pieve d'Orezza with breathtaking views of the forest and Mount San Pedrone, it is also close to the Church of Saint Marguerite of the 17th century and classified as a historical monument and the waterfall of the Onda. This charming guest house is composed of two old buildings, one of the 18eme century occupied by the owner where you will be welcomed and have breakfast there, the other of the 16ème century reserved for the five guest rooms of which four double rooms and a duplex room from two to four people these homes will bring you the desired comfort in a setting and character of yesteryear.

Your guest house in Corsica is in the largest natural chestnut grove in Europe, land of history, culture and emotion. You will discover an original natural environment by its fauna and flora, huge natural reserve of endemic species and wild flowers, but also its mushrooms and of course the chestnut tree.
