Set just a mile away from the village, Vaux is in a extremely quiet and peaceful environment. Family owned, it consists of the castle and two commons facing him. In a large walled park, combining lawns, pond and forest, it overlooks the valley and enjoys a 180 ° view.

Vaux is located in the municipality of Gesnes the Gandelin the middle of the hilly "Alpes Mancelles". Nearby are located the famous villages of St Ceneri le Gérei, classified as most beautiful village in France, Fresnay sur Sarthe and of course the city of Alencon, specifically famous for its lace and as the birthplace of St. Terese of Lisieux as well as not far from the Le Mans racetrack.
