In the town of Barcelonnette, in the "Les Chalets de Barcelonnette" residence, a stone's throw from the golf course, this large Barcelonnette chalet (one of the few in the park) offers a surface area of 65 m² (Carrez law) for 8 people. It includes:
An entrance hall with a washing machine, a large bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. In the living room, a fixed sofa and a flat-screen TV open onto a shaded terrace with a barbecue.
The fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, a fondue set and two raclette sets, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, and a food processor) opens onto the living/dining room.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with a 140 cm sofa bed, a second bathroom with shower and toilet, and two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm beds.
This chalet is ideally located between Barcelonnette and Praloup. A free shuttle bus stop will take you to the resort, and you can reach Barcelonnette on foot, peacefully along the river.
If you're familiar with the chalets in Barcelonnette, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the size of this one.
