Peak Adventures is the new summer name for tour operator Ski Peak. We have been operating in Vaujany and solely Vaujany since 1988. This has given us unrivaled knowledge of the resort and the needs of our guests. We have never breached the borders of Vaujany because we want to be the best at what we do and what we offer. Nigel fell in love with Vaujany at the beginning when it was merely a secluded alpine retreat. It benefited from the EDF energy plant at the base of its valley enabling it to invest in a state of the art cable car – the largest in the world at the time. This catapulted Vaujany into an elite resort with Ski Peak being the only British tour operator. We have a great formula of which we are very proud. Vaujany as a resort is tranquil yet buzzing with excitement and activities. We are located in the Oisans, Isere valley which is a mecca for cycling, mountain biking, motorcycling, river rafting, Via Ferrata and so many other alpine sports and activities. Part of a cleverly converted old farmhouse, three storey Chalet Lucette has plenty of communal space for a large group with dining/lounge area. You also share a two tiered garden complete with garden furniture, wood stack, patio, table tennis and soon to be sauna! However, with two balconies and several rooms, there is still ample space to escape to a corner with a great read and an even better view. A professional, yet easy to use well-equipped kitchen makes dining ‘at home’ simple. For a French Alps vacation Chalet Lucette soon becomes a home from home with its clever blend of comfortable and stylish surroundings. You’ll feel equally comfortable in shorts and bare feet for a lunch time BBQ in the garden as you will getting dressed up for candle lit dinners in the Alpine style of the dining room… There’s even a 40 inch flat screen TV and a log fire but thanks to our great summers, we doubt you’ll need them.
