Other larger ones are further away (500m). The same goes for public transport. A large park is 100m from the apartment, where you will have a view of all of Paris. Free parking on the street if you have a vehicle. Buses 118, 124 and 127 at the end of the street that provide access to lines 1 and 9, as well as the RER A.
