This 31.3m² one-bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor of Building D of the Lotus II residence.
Its south-facing balcony, equipped with garden furniture, opens through a large bay window onto a living room with a dining area, a seating area with two armchairs, a coffee table, and a TV. Its kitchenette is equipped with an electric stovetop, a microwave, an electric oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.
Its separate bedroom with a window and a 140cm bed provides access to a bathroom with a shower stall; the toilet is separate. Electric heating is provided.
The Lotus II residence is renowned for its tranquility thanks to its wooded park that separates it from the road, close to the thermal baths.
Discover Bas-Armagnac, a region rich in heritage, nature, and traditions. Nearby: the Paul Armagnac Circuit in Nogaro, Lake Uby, the Barbotan spa resort, and Labastide-d'Armagnac, a favorite French village. Just 1.5 hours from the Atlantic Ocean and 2 hours from the Pyrenees, enjoy numerous nature getaways. In Barbotan-les-Thermes, enjoy the thermal baths and activities around the lake.
