Charming House with Breathtaking Nature Views
Welcome to this delightful, renovated house, with updates completed in 2021. You'll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and two cozy double bedrooms. The luxurious walk-in shower is a highlight, and the entire space is perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Step outside onto the terrace to enjoy uninterrupted, breathtaking views of the surrounding nature—a field, a forest, and a golf course in the distance. The large private grounds offer a tranquil escape with no vis-à-vis. Here, you'll find a swing set, a hammock, fruit trees, and depending on the season, an above-ground pool and a jacuzzi.
This is the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. The peace and quiet are unmatched, making it also ideal for remote work with included Wi-Fi.
On the property, you'll meet some friendly animals, including a donkey, chickens, and rabbits—making it a wonderful spot for children. Parking is available on-site.
I love nature and make my own jams using fruit from the garden (figs, quinces, mirabelle plums, apricots...). I am available on-site and look forward to welcoming you
This house is located on a peaceful hill overlooking the famous thermal springs of La Roche-Posay. Situated in an extremely protected ecosystem, it's surrounded by fields and forests, offering a truly tranquil escape. Depending on the season, you may even spot deer and other wildlife.
You'll be just 2 km from the thermal baths and the golf course, and approximately 3-4 km from the casino, racecourse, and town center.
The location is perfect for observing nature's wonders. It's an ideal spot to listen for the stag's roar in August, September, and October, and the clear, dark skies are perfect for stargazing
