Access via one step leads to a large entrance hall leading to the fitted kitchen, the living room (dining area and sitting area) with a wood-burning stove, and a second living room (small step). A separate toilet and laundry room are located off the living room. The intermediate living room leads to the bedroom, which has two 80x190 or 160x190 cm beds, and the bathroom. The second bedroom, with two 90x190 or 180x190 cm beds, is accessible either from the bathroom or from the other bedroom.
High chair and crib are available for babies upon request.

Outdoors: On a 100-hectare property, this private, unfenced space of approximately 1,500 m² includes a courtyard and garden: garden furniture, barbecue/plancha grill, and bicycle shed. Garage for vehicles. 200m away, within the castle grounds, access to the owner's swimming pool, private for tenants from 11am to 8pm. The 20mx6m heated pool is enclosed by walls with child safety and a roller shutter, open from June 1st to September 30th, and is up to 1.70m deep.
Hiking is available on site, with the Vigean circuit 20 minutes away. At the gateway to Poitou and Limousin, in Charente-Limousine, this country house is located in a very pleasant hilly setting. Geneviève has preserved the character of the house: old terracotta tiles, exposed beams, antique furniture, and period lamps, while providing the contemporary comforts necessary for a relaxing vacation.
