Charming stone house with a large terrace and a paved courtyard that can accommodate 2 vehicles on a fully fenced plot. With its beautiful living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this small house offers perfect comfort in all seasons, much better than a hotel room because you can also self-cater in the well-equipped kitchen and the large terrace with its sun loungers and its barbecue is pleasant and promises relaxing moments in the sun. Many hiking trails lead around the house, the coast is easily accessible by bike or on foot. Fishermen sell their fresh fish every day just 500 m from the house. The owner lends equipment for mudflat fishing or shelling. Here in the small town of Bricqueville-sur-Mer, people live to the rhythm of the tides, because this coastal area has the highest tidal ranges in all of Europe. You can hike over the beautiful heathland and mudflats or enjoy bathing at the nearest sandy beach. (3km). !! Attention: the 3rd bed measures 1m x 1,60m, so only for a child under 10 years old.
