Originally from Paris, we decided to change life and become wine makers in the South of France. We love to share our passion and enjoy a glass of our red wine afterwards while watching over the Pyrénées.

Dating back to 1612, this castle was a major site during the construction of the Canal du Midi, as its architect Pierre Riquet lived there. Elegantly restored, everything contributes to the charm of this rather intimate and family-friendly address.
