WE have owned the house since 2018, and fully restored the property with all mod cons, new wiring and plumbing, full insulation and a new back yard. We enjoy the property ourselves on holidays and we keep the house in excellent condition. Our cleaner Tina is situated close by allowing any minor issues to be sorted very quickly.

Chez Claire is in a conservation area with records showing a dwelling on the plot before the 16th Century. The road is very narrow and only the very smallest of cars can come up it. The town originally developed around a 10th century monastery, in a peaceful setting in the valley of the River Loue.
