We bought this house in 2020, it consists of 3 dwellings. We have done a lot of work to make this place pleasant and friendly. With the Clint House we want to share with our guests our happiness to come to Perros. The location is ideal to enjoy, in all seasons, the pink granite coast.

Property information

The most beautiful region in the world (at least!) Discover this part of Brittany by staying in a typical Perrosian house of two floors. Come and enjoy a weekend or a week of relaxation with your family or friends: coastal walks, hiking, paddling, restaurants ... With the Clint House, we want to share with our guests the sweetness of life in Perros. The location is ideal to enjoy the pink granite coast in all seasons. The Clint House is composed of 3 apartments: - On the first floor: the apartment Le jardin Granit Rose - On the second floor : The apartment L'Ile aux moines - On the second floor: The apartment the Gannet We can provide you with a baby bed, a high chair and an umbrella stroller (availability and rates on request). Each apartment has a private parking space located a few meters away. See you soon at the CLINT HOUSE.
