This is what we offer you! Our cozy 50m2 apartment is ideal for a romantic getaway, a family stay or a weekend with friends. You will appreciate the large living room with street art decor opening onto a full option fitted kitchen. On the living room side, a large convertible sofa, a table with extension, a full HD TV with TNT and Netflix channels, allow you to spend relaxing and convivial moments. On the kitchen side, you will find a secure cold door oven, ideal for families, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster for optimal comfort For the night, a spacious bedroom with a soothing atmosphere offers you a double bed and plenty of storage space: large wardrobe and built-in shelving. A travel cot for babies is offered to you free of charge (please indicate your baby when booking). Other baby equipment is available in our options after booking. Finally, the bathroom, bathed in light, has a large shower and all the equipment necessary for laundry care: washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron. The little extra, a private parking space in a secure basement. → PRIVATE PARKING SPACE in a secure basement. Our animal friends are accepted with a supplement that you can pay after your reservation.
