Renovated in November 2015, Cœur Urbain offers self-catering accommodation with air conditioning and a lift. The apartments are located in Montpellier, 200 metres from Place de la Comédie. Public parking is available 100 metres away.
Each unit comes with free WiFi and a seating area with a 32-inch flat-screen TV. All have a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a blender, a kitchen scale and a Nespresso coffee machine. The private bathrooms come with a hair dryer.

Each apartment was designed so that our guests receive the best services possible. Our bigger rentals can accomodate 4 people, whereas the smaller ones are for 2.
Each apartment is equiped with a kitchen. The bedding is of good quality. Towels and bed sheets are provided.
You can arrive at any time after 3PM, 7 days per week. If possible someone will be there to greet you, if not your keys will be in a key safe next to your apartment.
The 4 tram lines and the Saint Roch station which is in the center of Montpellier are all in close range of the residence.
3 nearest car parks : Parking Saint Roch Station, Parking Place de la Comédie (closest) and the Polygone Parking (cheapest option and easiest to park)
Restaurants, bars and shops, are all within walking distance.
