Property information

Modern and comfortably furnished semi-detached house with a spacious terrace area. The beautiful garden property is located on the outskirts of the small village, 2.5 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Pink Granite Coast. An ideal location for fans of all kinds of water sports, hiking and cycling. Around the municipality of Pleumeur-Bodou there are 28 km of designated mountain bike slopes. In the area : Not far away is the Pleumeur-Bodou planetarium, which can boast of being one of the largest planetariums in Europe. It offers, among other things, interactive games on the subject of astronomy. The adjoining amusement park with climbing park is particularly attractive for the kids. In the vicinity there are many hiking trails and beautiful destinations such as the seaside resort of Perros-Guirec or the medieval town of Lannion. The Tregastel Forum is ideal for water games and fun splashing around in the heated seawater pool (28 degrees). A utilities & service fee of EUR 70,00 will be required closer to your checkin date.
