This appartement hotel is the perfect mix between an apartment and a hotel. The location is in the heart of Latin Quarter area in the 5th district, many monuments are very close to the apartment like the Pantheon, the Lutecia arena, the Sainte-Genevieve church, the Sorbonne university and other famous schools in France. There are two big gardens around the apartment : "Le Jardin du Luxembourg" and the "Jardin des plantes" from the apartment it's from only 7 minutes by walk. The area of Latin quarter is like a village in Paris with a special atmosphere, it's very different than other district in Paris because you have a lot of small charming streets, small squares, a lot of good restaurants where the parisians like to eat (not the trap for tourist near the Saint-Michel area), excellents bakeries, groceries, wine shop and traditional market on the "Place Monge" and "Place Maubert-Mutualité". The room service is available for this apartment, check the service included and the extra : Example : if you want a the daily clean service you have the possibility to pay an extra for this service, the lady will come generally at 11 am to wash and make the bed during your absence.

We are located next to the Luxembourg Gardens and the Botanical Gardens, the Arènes de Lutèce, the Panthéon, and many streets worth visiting, such as Rue Mouffetard, Rue de la Montagne Sainte-Geneviève, Rue Tournefort, Place Polytechnique, and Place de la Contrescarpe. The local population is predominantly made up of students, as the prestigious schools are all nearby. Many actors and Parisians from the arts community live in this neighborhood, which feels like a small village in the heart of Paris, where a friendly and semi-pedestrian atmosphere prevails. You will find a diverse commercial and leisure life within a close proximity to our establishment. We will recommend excellent local restaurants and bars to ensure your experience is as enjoyable as possible
