Domaine GUIET is located in the heart of the village of Nevy sur Seille, below Château-Chalon, between Voiteur and Baume les Messieurs. Domaine GUIET offers large, attractive spaces, decorated with taste and comfort. On the first floor, the house comprises a large open entrance hall leading to the various rooms. A living room, a relaxation room (with musical instruments, including a beautiful grand piano; a secretary; ...), a dining room and a large renovated kitchen. The side offering the first living and dining room faces the south side of the house and offers a long balcony overlooking the house's grounds and Château-Chalon. On the first floor of the house, with a first access downstairs from the dining room, you'll find a very large master suite, featuring a 180cm double bed, a desk, and a shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. This room also has outside access to the Domaine's grounds, allowing access to the suite for people with reduced mobility. Upstairs, you'll find 4 large bedrooms: - Bedroom 1, overlooking the village: double bed (140cm), desk, sofa, wardrobe, decorative fireplace and ample storage space. - Bedroom 2, overlooking the village, park and Chateau-Chalon: double bed (140cm), desk, wardrobe, decorative fireplace and ample storage space. - Bedroom 3, overlooking the grounds of the Domaine and Château-Chalon: double bed (140cm), desk, decorative fireplace, storage space. - Bedroom 4, overlooking the grounds of the Domaine: Master suite, with double bed (140cm), en-suite bathroom and WC, desk, wardrobe, decorative fireplace and ample storage space. On this floor, you'll also find a shower room with walk-in shower and WC. There's also a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Domaine GUIET boasts a 5-acre wooded park, a trout and carp pond, and a vineyard producing around 1,500 bottles a year. You'll have the opportunity to taste it... as a welcome gift.

Nevy sur Seille is located in the heart of the Jura, at the foot of Chateau-Chalon and close to Baume les Messieurs and Lons-le-Saunier. Less than 5 minutes away by car, in Voiteur, you'll find several shops if you need them for your stay. A 30-minute drive will take you to a number of remarkable sites and walks, including the not-to-be-missed Cascades du Herisson. You can also swim, sail or hike around the lakes. Don't forget to visit the wine and cheese producers.
