Our property is fairly unique ... Designed by a reknowned architect as a Californian villa .. which is quiet unique in this area... It took us only a few hours to finalize the purchase of the house in 2001 .. as we fell immediately in love with it.. although it was not finished.. Originally designed to be a medical cabinet and a private house , we converted it into a small bed & breakfast and a private house. We are blessed with some amazing views : on the evergreen and lush hills and also on the castle of Laguepie... The nature is abundant and you will be surprised by all the wildlife in our area.. This is a perfect place to get rid of all your stress and to become zen with the environment..
My wife is Indonesian and I am Belgian and after alot of travelling we found our happiness and harmony in this wonderful part of France.. We are passionate about gastronomy , nature, gardening , enjoying life .. We love to invite and spoil our guests .. Your happiness is our biggest care ! We can offer you fine dining , Asian or French cuisine . Welcome at Les Causeries
This beautiful part of France is not yet spoiled by mass tourism...and it is a very interesting region in many aspects : culture, history, gastronomy ,nature... All can be discovered in a relaxed way ... not much traffic, no cues , no big crowds .. Historically a very interesting region.. with the Cathares , inquisition , castles, churches .. never far away.. No less then 7 "les plus beaux villages de France" within 30 miles .. You like wine and good food ? Gaillac with his 150 vinyards is only 20 minutes away.. Foie gras, gésiers, canard confit , aligot .. all local specialities... Above this all, you will love the natural surroundings... from lovely hills , great views to the canyon of the Aveyron , and le foret de Grésigne ... Always welcome.
