Recent villa, fully air conditioned, with heated pool between Monticello and Ile-Rousse. The villa is ideally located, near the village of Monticello, and close to the beach of Ile-Rousse. The village of Monticello offers many opportunities for activities: municipal swimming pool, tennis, hiking, mini-golf, equestrian center with organized walks, concerts, etc... A few minutes from the accommodation you can practice the following activities: Sports complex Saint François, 4 tennis courts, mini-golf, equestrian center with career and organized walks, sports shooting club, municipal outdoor pool. Golf du Reginu, 9 holes approved by the French Golf Federation at 10 minutes. Hikes that will take you from the sea to the mountains. Possibility to rent E Case D’Olivia : Casa 2 (same services, jacuzzi instead of pool) for a total capacity of 12 people. The villa is on 2 levels. Ground floor: A living/ dining room overlooking a terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine… An independent toilet. 1st Floor: An air-conditioned room with a bed 160x200 cm, TV, large closet.
