The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, this charming 36 m² air-conditioned flat in the Juan Les Pins district of Antibes, 300 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 50 m² garden. We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee maker... - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron, 2 beach chairs. Exterior: - A 9m² balcony, facing south-east, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Please close the garage after each use - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
