Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. The apartment has access to two beaches/creek. It has a private parking space in a secure garage in the residence basement (max vehicle height 1.90 m, elevator access).
