    The location is superb. Beautiful views of the sea, hills and fort. Very pleasant walk into Collioure. We also like the local beach. The outside balcony is a lovely relaxing area. The kitchen area is well stocked.

The 68 m² apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is located in a luxury, new (delivery June 2023), private and secure residence, 300 from the "Batteries" cove. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. The apartment has access to two beaches/creek. It has a private parking space in a secure garage in the residence basement (max vehicle height 1.90 m, elevator access).
