A mi-chemin entre Limoges et Périgueux nous vous proposons le gîte "L'étude", logement complètement rénové en 2023. Sa situation privilégiée au coeur du Parc Naturel Périgord-Limousin vous permettra de profiter de superbes balades nature ou culturelles. Amusez-vous avec toute la famille dans ce logement d'environ 80m2 à l'esprit campagne, au coeur du village de la Coquille. Vous profiterez de 2 belles chambres, l'une sur rue, l'autre donnant sur le jardin. Le salon est baigné de soleil (orientation Sud).
Le gîte est situé au coeur de la Coquille, un petit village du Périgord Vert. La rue de la République est fréquentée en journée. Le midi et le soir vous pourrez profiter du calme du jardin pour prendre vos repas. La chambre avec les lits doubles est située en bord de rue. La deuxième chambre donne sur le jardin.
