This beautiful 75 m² cross-through F4 apartment, located in the heart of Sète, offers both comfort and modernity. Situated on the 9th floor of the secure “Méditerranée” residence with an elevator, it has been awarded the “very good comfort” label by Hérault Tourisme and the Sète Tourist Office. The apartment features two spacious bedrooms with 160x190 cm and 140x200 cm beds, a dining room that accommodates up to six people, and a 23 m² living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. A bathroom with an oval corner bathtub, separate toilets, WiFi, and a 3D TV complete the well-maintained interior.
