Golden Fig is a large spacious gite with its own sizeable terrace and beautiful views. What makes this place unique is the ability to walk into Eymet is 25 mins. The walk is down a quiet country farm lane. Eymet had a huge amount to offer all year round. The square buzzed with good restaurants and bars. There are day fun markets and food night markets. The gite has a large double room with a four poster bed and door to the terrace. Both bedrooms have single beds in, so 6 guests could use this place of needed. The sitting room and kitchen are open plan has a wood burner for the cooler months. We also offer saltwater heated swimming pool. The local area is delightful with so many places and activities to discover. Kayaking on the dordogne river, horse riding, bicycle hire in eymet, local tennis courts in Lauzun. Another lovely French town only 6 mins drive from the house. Golden Fig is on the old farm Sainte - Marthe. Set in 7 acres, the garden is filled with grapes , walnuts, pomegranates and apples. Feel free to pick these for your breakfast. The views over peaceful the valley are spectacular.
