The 220 m² rental is made up on the ground floor of a large living room with a living room and fireplace offering a direct view of the Gulf, a living room and an equipped kitchen. On this same level, there is an office and a separate toilet. The upper floor consists of 4 beautiful bedrooms, 2 of which have a sea view: 2 bedrooms with 2 90X200 beds adjustable to 1X180 and two bedrooms with a 160X200 bed. There you will find a bathroom with a view of the Gulf, two bathrooms, one of which has a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The cottage is equipped with a connected speaker and a subscription to canal channels. Outside, you will enjoy a garden with a superb view, 3 terraces, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs as well as a private heated swimming pool, open from 01/06/23 to 15/09/23 (dimensions 8mx4m , depth 1.80m).
