Au coeur des coteaux du Layon sous les arbres, maison d'hôtes dans les communs d'une propriété du XIXème siècle. Pour un séjour au calme au milieu de la verdure et du champ des oiseaux. Hébergement pouvant accueillir 3 couples d' amis ou bien une grande famille avec enfants, nous mettons à votre disposition un lit bébé si besoin. Grande cuisine conprenant une grande table en chêne, ou vous aurez la place de cuisiner. Une chambre parentale éloignée des autres chambres.Coté ouest donc fraiche. Une chambre pour deux personnes rideaux jaune coté ouest également. Un grand salon de 30 m2 avec deux lits, un bureau et une bibliothèque de jeux et livres. A l' extérieur un salon de jardin couleur hortensia rose pour vous détendre après une belle journée de visite. Accès wifi dans la maison et dans le jardin. 12 Kms du Bio Parc de Doué la Fontaine 55 minutes du Puy du FOU 30 minutes du château de Brissac et de nombreux domaines viticoles à découvrir.
